Competition Rules

• The promoter is: Goede Hoop Estate Wine.
• The competition is open to all residents of South Africa aged 18 years or older, but excludes employees of Goede Hoop Estate Wine and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or the competition.
• There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
• By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The route to entry of the competition and details of how to enter are via www.goedehoop.co.za/competition and shared on Facebook, Twitter, Linkedin, Instagram, Pinterest, Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger and via Email.
• Closing date for entry will be 30th of April 2022 at 17h00. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be accepted.
• The promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received before the cut off time for whatever reason.
• The prize is as follows:  The prize is as stated:  Goede Hoop Estate Wine to the value of R15 000. It includes the following wine – 3 x 6 Domaine Chenin; 3 x 6 Domaine Cinsaut; 3 x 6 Sauv Blanc; 3 x 6 Cab Sauv; 3 x 6 Pinotage; 3 x 6 Merlot; 3 x 6 Shiraz. 
• No cash or other alternatives will be offered.
• The winner will be notified by telephone and/or Twitter/Facebook/Instagram and/or letter within 28 days of the closing date. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 14 days of notification, the promoter reserves the right to pick a replacement winner.
• The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into in this regard.
• Contact information collected from the competition will used for future marketing purposes in line with the POPI act.
• The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material.
